Notes from the Information Desk is a collection of online documents on a variety of topics. Some are based on the 
questions I’ve been asked frequently, some on professional development workshops I’ve attended which are given by subject experts, some on current events, etc.
By nature, reference librarians are a curious bunch. As Robert Louis Stevenson wrote in his Child’s Garden of Verses, “The world is so full of a number of things, I’m sure we should all be as happy as kings”.
