Odiyana Kadampa Buddhist Center will be here for a Talk about finding peace.The real source of happiness is inner peace. If your mind is peaceful, you will be happy regardless of your external circumstances. In this talk, learn methods to make your busy mind peaceful and experience the real happiness that brings.

This class includes some guided breathing meditation to develop some inner peace, followed by a short teaching on a practical topic such as how to grow our patience, love, compassion or wisdom and apply it in our daily lives to solve our problems and improve our relationships, and then we conclude the class with a short meditation and time for some questions/discussion.

Odiyana Kadampa Buddhist Center is a Buddhist meditation center in Glastonbury CT dedicated to world peace by offering everyone the opportunity to develop mental peace through meditation and related practices. Classes are open to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
